MT. ST. HELEN’S MEMORIES

Mt. St. Helen's & Spirit Lake before her 1980 temper tantrum.

Bob and I both had ties to Mt. St. Helen’s area – my Uncle Don Anderson had built the bridge that spanned the river of Spirit Lake Highway leading to the then majestic mountain: we camped along the riverside that summer he was building it. Bob’s family had moved to Toutle and spent time camping and motorcycling at Spirit Lake Campground, and frolicking on the flanks of the mountain.

The Hargand Motor Brigade - 6 'cycles. Toutle, WA. Bob's siblings - Bonnie, Merry & Rosie: Bob & Ralph didn't have one because they were bachelors living in Cathlamet at this time. Not a very clear picture, but it’s the best I have given the film of those days.

Bob and I spent every other weekend of our dating time and married years, driving to Spirit Lake, or enjoying the scenic beauty of the mountain; and her forested backroads. We usually went on these drives in the ‘56 Ford … but occasionally, Bob would borrow his Dad’s full-dressed Harley Hog because I liked motorcycling and Bob was an excellent driver: I knew I could trust my life to Bob’s protective love and capable muscular build ;-)

The red-white '56 Ford Bob had when we met in 1974.
Bob Sr's Harley. We always borrowed it in 1974. Not a very clear picture, but it’s the best I have given the film of those days. Bob loved driving that thing; I loved being on it, with my arms around Bob ;-)

Those were fun times.

Mt. St. Helen's - 1979

I remember the day we drove out Kid Valley and visited with Harry at the Lodge, Bob's friend. I didn't recognize the significance of that friendship at the time - I just knew Bob wanted to introduce me to people who were important to him. I was happy about that. It wasn't until much later that I would realize who Harry was ... and how that friendship played into the tapestry of Bob's life.

I remember clearly the time we drove up to the mountain in the winter time. I was pregnant and had to pee, so I told Bob to find a restroom facility; quick … Bob said, “Okay, but you’re gonna have to go underground”. I wasn’t keen on that – but I had to go! The restroom was under snowpack, which meant I had to enter a green metal lidded-manhole type of laddered tube to access the facility (how I got my fat little body safely down/up that tube still mystifies me). It was lighted. I made Bob stand at the top of the tube and talk to me so I didn’t feel claustrophobic – he did; he stood up there in the freezing weather, talking to me nonstop and smoking cigarettes until I climbed back up that ladder: Bob was a good man; he loved me. He knew I hated heights … and I was unnerved being underground. I know it sounds like a sci-fi screenplay, but that was a real experience. It was never repeated. That time was not a fun time.

Stacey had her 1st out-of-house diaper change on the blacktop at the base of Mt. St. Helen’s flanks :-D

There was a blacktop road that would take us right up to the flanks of the mountain where hiking trails would wind right up to the peak. It was very beautiful, serene, and magical.

I remember watching the 1980’s news flashes leading up to the disastrous and destructive explosion.

Mt. St. Helen's - bulging & venting before the major eruption. 1980

I remember standing in our livingroom in Cathlamet on May 18th, 1980 – the morning of the explosive eruption – with a cup of coffee in my hands watching the news … and felt an earthquake tremor (caused by the explosion) so strong it jolted me, and I dropped my cup; shattering it on the floor. Cathlamet is at least 2 hours driving time from Mt. St. Helen’s – that’s how strong the earthquake tremors were.

Distance from Cathlamet to Mt. St. Helen's. We always drove up to the Mountain via Toutle access ... and it's a long drive, either way.

Bob was working. Down Longbeach way; Durrah & Martin Logging Co., Inc., had secured a logging contract in that area then, I believe. It was a long drive to work and back home every day.

I remember before the explosion day, Bob telling me, “Harry (Harry Truman) won’t leave the mountain, Val. That mountain is part of Harry – he’ll die there. His wife is buried there; he won’t leave.” Bob knew Harry personally - he'd known Harry almost all his adult life up to that point; Bob and his high school/young adult friends spent many, many hours talking with Harry at his Lodge and store. Bob liked Harry and said, "He's an okay guy - kinda rough around the edges, but he's alright, Val." I don't remember much about Harry; I was a shy teenager back then. But if he was okay with Bob ... he was okay with me.

When I felt that jolting tremor and heard the news caster saying the mountain had erupted … I knew Harry was no more. He had died with his beloved mountain and his wife. I knew the news of Harry’s death would be a blow to Bob, even though he’d been expecting it.

And I was caught up in the moment of the explosive eruption, the excitement of the historic happening, the weird thrill of real and present danger, and the changing excited misinformation being fed to the news broadcasters that had one newscaster (after realizing he’d given misleading feed to the public based on ever changing excitable moments) barking to his gopher while flinging papers at him, “Get ahold of someone who knows what the hell is going on!”

May 18th, 1980 was a madhouse day. In more ways than one.

Mt. St. Helen's Eruption. May 18th, 1980
Mt. St. Helen's ash cloud went around the world. May 18th, 1980. We woke up, May 19th - Alex's 10th Birthday, to see ash floating down around our home: fallout from the continuing eruption.

When it was safe enough to open for public access (meaning logging), Bob’s bosses’ outfit was one of the first group of loggers to get in there to log the fallen timber. Bob even smuggled Alex into the Red Zone one day when he went to work on the machinery. I wasn't keen on that idea, but Alex was Bob's son, not mine: I had little say. They talked and laughed about that caper until the talking and laughter died in December of 2018. It took Bob YEARS to talk me into going back into that region - it was freaky the way it looked like a lunar landscape and had NO sounds at all. No insect chatter, chitter, or buzzing. No bird song, trilling, or chirps. No elk bellows or snorts, no bear grunts. Nothing. It was eerily creepy. I didn't like the feel of it.

Mt. St. Helen's fell hills of timber like pick-up-sticks for miles, and miles, and miles …. 1980
Mt. St. Helen's May 18th, 1980 Eruption aftermath – ¾’s of her top was blown away, Spirit Lake was physically and forcefully MOVED to another location; and parts of the Spirit Lake Highway was reconstructed and rebuilt THOUSANDS OF FEET higher than the original highway - atop the 1980 mud-flow and lava plains.

Mt. St. Helen’s is still active today. The surrounding landscape is pretty much all new ground now (old landmarks don't exist anymore), and still dangerous ground to be on, in that area – people go there anyway: we did, even as recent as 2018; before an unknown illness blew our life together apart … and I recently revisited those haunts on a solo daytrip in 2019 – and the region still creeps me out. I basically went just to prove to myself that I could do it.

I live in the PNW.

I live roughly 1½ hours from Mt. St. Helen’s …

We always drove up to the Mountain via Toutle access ... and it's a long drive, either way. Mt. St. Helen’s erupted, but she didn’t move – she’s right where she’s always been: right where Yeshua created her to BE, despite scientists who think they know better …

Since moving to Longview 24 years ago, I was struck with environmental asthma that nearly killed me until my lungs acclimated to the environment – even so, an ashy burp into the atmosphere can seriously affect me, personally; so, I keep up to date on her temper tantrums ;-)

I’m 63 years old this year – considered “elderly” and “fragile” by political stumpers who don’t know me and have no idea whatsoever what I have had to overcome to make it TO 63 years of age.

I’ve been living dangerously all my life.

Covid-19 doesn’t scare me - I trust Elohei.

And if covid-19 here to stay … people will learn to live with it; just like they do a host of other illness, and unpredictable volcanoes.

BELIEVE ... OR NOT BELIEVE ~ That is The Question

What would it be like if you stopped thinking for yourself and believed everything the media tells you?

Here’s what it might look like to be completely brainwashed by the news mediums …

HAPPENING DAY

The first thing I saw this morning, was a parting of the gray clouds that have been ever present the past few days: a parting of the gray is a welcome sight ;-)

This little patch of turquoise sky was like a kiss from Heaven. I LIKE kisses :-D

As the gray clouds were slowly opening up, a teasing glimpse of a small spot of turquoise did a LOT for my psyche. I like color in my day – and turquoise is my birth month color :-D

The day's forecast told me to expect a 60% chance of more rain, so I've decided to treat myself to a pot of hazelnut flavored coffee, keep my eye on the parting of the gray clouds, and started preparing my Fall Bazaar cache with some {quarantine baby boom} items
;-)

I checked my FB Page first and caught up with messages before I started designing and crafting.

A LOT was happening in America today.

My phone was buzzing with updates …

An elderly woman in a hospital was killed by another patient who freaked out over social distancing (https://nypost.com/2020/03/29/elderly-woman-dies-after-being-shoved-for-not-social-distancing-sources/).

Armed vigilantes freaked out about out-of-towners showing up on their island, and chopped a tree down, trapping a man and his friends on his property to keep them all quarantined – people are losing their minds due to the hysteria governors are fanning due to conflicting medical reports put out (https://nypost.com/2020/03/29/armed-vigilantes-chop-down-tree-block-driveway-to-force-neighbor-into-quarantine/).

Earlier in the morning, as I was making the bed, I remember thinking that it is a shame, and a National disgrace, that a country which claims to be a Christian Nation, would have churches closing their doors nationwide – bowing to governors instead of honoring Elohim. And where are the Christians: WHY are they not boldly refusing to be trapped in their homes instead of gathering to worship Elohim and pray for healing … for themselves, their loved ones, their country?

It made me righteously mad!

Americans – Christian Americans – have THE RIGHT given them BY Elohim, and BY our Constitution and Bill of Rights to worship our God anytime we want to … wherever we want to gather. The government has no right to stop us.

And I remember thinking that I will have to seriously reconsider the depth of faith of those churches locally that have issued ‘stay at home!’ notices, and closed their doors. The world is watching Christians to see if we believe what we preach. It embarrasses me, and makes my heart cry that what the world is seeing is cowards who do not trust the God they claim to trust to keep them safe through this virus thing.

Pastors (and I use that term loosely concerning career minded minions afraid to stand bold for Elohim), being backed down by governors who are using this coronavirus to further their own selfish aims and sew up their political campaigns … and allowing themselves to be hamstrung by fear – and foisting that fear off onto their congregants is shameful. Fear has NO PLACE in a Christian’s life.

The world is watching.

Do they not believe what Scripture tells them? Are churches just social clubs, after all?

Scripture tells us that Elohim “has not given us the sprit of fear; but of power, of love, of a sound mind” (2 Timothy 1:7).

AND THEN … my phone alerted me to another newsflash update: it is reported that a man named Tony Small, in Louisiana, openly defied his state governor; and held Sunday services as usual :-D

GOOD!

That bit of news lightened my heart, and fortified my spirit.

The 1st Amendment of our American Constitution, and our Bill of Rights … gives us – The People – the right to gather together – unimpeded, if that be our choice to do so; to worship our God, to encourage one another to be strong in faith and hope in these hard times; that important and LEGAL RIGHT prohibits the making of ANY LAW pertaining to the establishment of  federal or state religion, impeding the free exercise of religion, abridging (curtailing, making difficult, or halting) the freedom of speech, infringing the freedom of the press, interfering with the right to peacefully assemble, or prohibiting the petitioning of a governmental redress of grievances.

cuomo is campaigning hard in his brown-nosing appeal to become biden’s coveted vp pick (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVMc7I8r0mY)

WTH??? Just the other day he was on media sources CRYING that his mother would die because there are NO ventilators available in NY! He was recently bitching angrily, saying that he had to “make choice between who lives and who dies because President Trump has NOT SENT ANY ventilators or masks” … and now, he admits that he has them – but he doesn’t want to use them yet???

This is SO TYPICAL of socialists – whip the masses into a frantic hysteria, and then sit back and play innocent.

This schmuck is campaigning; plain and simple. He’s bullshitting the obamanite lemmings to score campaign points. It’s shameful!

The rumor mill has been leaking for weeks that pelosi, cuomo, and Inslee are all being seriously considered as biden’s vp choices after biden consulted obama.

pelosi has campaigned hard, for 3-1/2 years: every one of her ‘sure wins’ have been losing campaigns – the latest was her disastrous impeachment grab and her bully attempt to run the Senate.

cuomo has been campaigning hard for at least a week.

And now, here in the PNW – inslee – showing his socialism colors, has jumped into the game a few days ago with a state-wide shut-down, his stupid lgbtq bill that is pure political bullshit; and now he is hoping to score demoncrat points by issuing his ILLEGAL nazi demand for neighbors to snitch on neighbors for county favors. Socialists, communists, and nazi's employ these tactics.

WA STATE NOW A FULL-BLOWN SOCIALIST STATE – inslee, being the lemming demoncrat that he is, is following party orders to instill socialist pressures.

inslee has seriously undermined our rights, and actively promotes the far-left agenda. He needs to be VOTED OUT!

It may have been mean of me, but I did bark out a laugh when the newsflash about that moron, kathy griffin, popped up: it appears that kathy griffin has been struck with coronavirus symptoms. KARMA dimwit ((BOOM!)).

That mouthy moron thought it funny to post pictures of herself holding up a mock bloody head of President Trump, arrogantly and mean-spiritedly calling for his death (blindly obeying the demoncrat hatred) … and now, she is bitching  … and STILL attacking President Trump, because she “was scared” she “may die”?

Death doesn’t seem to be tickling her funny bone anymore (https://www.latimes.com/entertainment-arts/story/2020-03-26/kathy-griffin-coronavirus-test).

Shaking my head at all the cluelessness being highlighted in today’s updates, I finally shut the phone off, and sht FB down for a bit: I can only take so much nonsense anymore.

I kept working on my design … while wearing comfy PJs ...

Rib on Boatneck Sweater

Many hours later, and several Youtube ‘Rosemary and Thyme' sitcom movie videos later, I had finished both the front and back of my design:

Body completed on MOD Boatneck Sweater; F & B worked exactly the same. 1 YR sizing

As I was rolling them up to store until I make up the sleeves; possibly tomorrow, I got notifications that two singers had died from coronavirus complications today …

Joe Diffee – Honkey Tonk Attitude: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L7qIFK1jZOM
Joe Diffee – Third Rock From The Sun: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlAa0IGCXCw
Joe Diffee – A Night to Remember: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e-d9f_BS594

And ‘Rock-n-Roll’ songwriter/singer, Allen Merrill also died of coronavirus complications –

When Bob and I were dating, we’d go to Stella tavern sometimes to play pool; Bob would hand me a handful of quarters to play the jukebox and pull tabs.

I’d always punch this song’s number in, and dance my way across the floor to where Bob was racking the cue balls; singing and dragging Bob into a dance with me ;-)

Good times.

Hot summer nights.

Jukebox jumping.

The loud smack of the cue balls being blown all over the table.

Bob laughing while I danced around him with my pool stick singing, “I love rock-n-roll; put another dime in the jukebox baby …”: and whooping when I scored with a game win.

THIS VIRUS WILL PASS

I can’t spend a lot of time right now on this coronavirus.

Most people think this is a shameful thing to think – to feel – to say out loud.

But … I CAN’T.

I am still trying to come to terms with being a Widow.

I was raised military; but I buck following blindly.

My family background (before Bob) is sketchy … death is nothing new to me: I’ve seen it ALL, and have experienced death on every level; though no death ever affected me like the absence of Bob in my life.

I am STILL reeling from that.

Some days I’m good … other days, like when nonstop dramas and hysterics never let up – it’s hard to stay focused and I get stuck on second-guessing everything. That may be joke for the rest of you – but when there is NO ONE to help redirect and refocus your thoughts, it’s NOT ‘okay’. It's nothing to joke about. It's frustrating to deal with, and a little scary to be feeling.

All my life, until 15 months/12 days/9 hrs. & 29 minutes ago, I NEVER second guessed anything I thought, said, or did. N.O.T.H.I.N.G. I was focused ‘like a laser’ Bob used to teasingly say. Things have changed. A lot. Squirrely people (all over the place) annoy the hell out of me – and now I have become a squirrely person. I don’t like it.

I don’t like being hemmed in.

I don’t like having thumb screws applied - especially by Big Brother.

I don’t like being at loose ends when my thought process gets fucked with.

So, aside from posting links to my Blog – where I post pictures and such – I’m seriously practicing social distancing: from social mediums (FB, news outlets, gatherings. ect.).

I don’t want updates on conflicting and confusing coronavirus “updates” – I am confused enough, trying to heal from the greatest upset of my entire life: life without Bob is a confusion my heart & mind are having a hard time coming to terms with. I can’t deal with everyone else’s upsets right now.

I don’t care how that sounds.

I am still in survival mode – dodging fallout from the past 15 months.

THAT TAKES ALL MY ENERGY AND FOCUS. Hysterical trauma dramas set me back weeks - I am tired of finding myself back at Square #1 when second guessing kicks in and my focus is thrown for a loop.

I don’t want the added stresses of reading on family Pages that people I know, and love, are embracing socialism: that adds a whole new hurt that I just don’t want to feel right now.

I am an American. I am a Christian. I don’t want flagrant and misinformed socialist-communist-antiAmerican-babykilling-elderly, Christian, American abandonment twaddle in my face 24/7.

I have enough heartache to deal with right now.

I can’t spend a lot of time on coronavirus and the political hysterics everyone is caught up in.

The virus will pass: History tells us that.

History also tells us that those who willingly give up their freedom to chase after doomed political causes do not deserve freedom.

I choose freedom.

Freedom … in ALL it’s meaning, purpose, and intent.

And I don’t care if that labels me as being “selfish”.

{{Be Tolerant of Your Physical and Emotional Limits: Your feelings of loss will probably leave you fatigued. Your ability to think clearly and make decisions may be impaired. And your low energy level may naturally slow you down. Respect what your body and mind are telling you. Get daily rest. Eat balanced meals. Lighten your schedule as much as possible.

Ask yourself: Am I treating myself better or worse than I would treat a good friend? Am I being too hard on myself? You may think you should be more capable, more in control, and “getting over” your grief. These are inappropriate expectations and may complicate your healing. Think of it this way: caring for yourself doesn’t mean feeling sorry for yourself; it means you are using your survival skills.}}

We all, Widowed and Married and single people everywhere are concerned about the spread and the effects of the virus. However, things like this have been happening throughout the history of the world ... and life goes on.

There are many things we can do to protect ourselves from contracting the virus. The number one way is HAND WASHING with soap and water and not touching your face with unwashed hands. But you can still get outside and go for a walk. Play with your dog. Dabble at your hobby. Read a good book. Call friends. And all the other daily activities that make you smile.

Refuse to let every news story be a trigger.

Refuse to be a government pawn to save political careers.

And make good choices.

I TRUST ELOHEI WITH MY LIFE.

This virus emergency shall pass, and worrying about it does not make it go faster, staying busy and productive does!

AMERICA TO TOTALLY SHUT DOWN?

Reported to start Monday ...

This will NOT WORK!

People - specifically the young and stupid - will STILL CONGREGATE in large groups and in close proximity in private homes. There is no reasoning with the young and stupid. And unless house arrests are going to be enforced, calling the National Guard in will accomplish nothing except driving the virus underground where it will thrive and prosper undetected until the hospitals REALLY SWELL with viral cases.

Open air where clean fresh breezes blow through; and sunshine, is what works. STALE AIR kills – and viruses breed at an insane rate.

People have been TOLD FOR MONTHS to keep distances ... and have ignored that appeal. These stupid people cannot be saved: they are self-destructive.

IF YOU SEE a crowd of people gathered together face-to-face, behaving stupidly: WALK AROUND THEM at a safe distance and be the mature one.

Government shutdowns DO NOT WORK.

President Trump should KNOW that
... and stop pandering to the demoncrats that are pressuring him - they will hate him no matter what he does.

Me?

I'm rebel enough to keep on walking solitary hiking paths where there is little chance of a face-to-face (but LOTS of fresh air and sunshine):

And my castle is in personal lock-down; that's the American way: FREEDOM OF CHOICE.

Viruses come and go.

Apparently, so does common sense when hysterical panic sets in.

This thing will run its course no matter what measures are taken.

Freaking out won't stop it ... it's a wild fire that is jumping the backfire.

Government imposed quarantines won't halt it ... Italy and calimexarabia have proven that fact. As of this morning, calimexarabia has given up trying to keep a grip on the virus outbreaks.

Sometimes the only way to fight fire is to let it burn itself out and use common sense in taking care of yourself.

America has gone through rough patches before - 2 wars on American soil BETWEEN Americans; several Depressions, and following Recessions, and decades after decades of the Young & Stupid.

WE HAVE SURVIVED.

We will survive this too, if cool heads prevail and don't get sweep into the tide of rampant hysteria.

Get right with your Maker - tell your loved ones you love them every chance you get (and mean it!) - and LIVE your life: you only have 1 life; wasting it on fear is not living. Fear will not keep you alive ...

... soap may. Grandma was right in nagging you to "wash those hands!"

People like to believe they can control Fate: but that is illogical.

Fate is called fate for a reason.

EMPATHETIC v.s. ENABLER?

I have talked the past 2 days with people who are fearful … and even a little insensitive, because of their fear. At one point, I was asked if I fear for my children/grandchildren: I said, “I’m concerned – but, no, I don’t worry incessantly about them.” And I was instantly told, “Well, I worry about my children; you aren’t worried because you don’t get along with your children.” That was offensive, and very insensitive. And it tells me that that person does not know me at all.

While it is true, that my children have separated themselves from me; and I have not seen my grandchildren since December 16th … it is NOT true that that decision is mine. It is NOT true that I wouldn’t be devastated if any of them were struck with this coronavirus – we are not speaking at the moment, but I certainly don’t want any of them to die!

I am only responsible for my thoughts and actions: I cannot control my grown children’s attitude and behavior towards me; and my grandchildren – with the exception of our little prince, who is 5-1/2 yo and his mother’s ward – are all old enough to call, text, or come and see me without their parent’s permission: two of the three adult princesses, have CHOSEN NOT to do so, based solely on their parent’s attitude and behaviors. Again, their decisions are not mine. Any conclusion by anyone to believe otherwise, is offensive and insensitive.

And it doesn’t do any good to get upset about the arrogant ignorance of the statement: it was said out of ignorance fueled by arrogant fear.

I can be empathetic without enabling the anxiety of fearmongers. I can understand the fear they feel about their own lives, as well as the lives of their children; without being sucked, myself, into the sweeping undertow of the uncertainty of the moment.

Meanwhile, today, inslee – WA State governor – has enacted a statewide 30 day moratorium on evictions for anyone who can’t pay rent due to this coronavirus outbreak; and the border between WA State and Canada has been shut down.

My point of view is this: we are all born with an expiration date … if it is my time to get my ticket punched: I’m okay with that. I know what my destination is, and I know that Yeshua and Bob are both waiting for me to arrive. If Elohim decides Earth needs me a little longer – He will protect me and make provision for me. If Elohim decides I need to make that journey beyond the clouds – nothing can forestall that appointment. I’m good either way.

I don’t like how the fear sweeping across America is literally sweeping away our Rights also. In America, citizens have THE RIGHT to move freely, think independently, and behave individually UNLESS A REAL LAW EXISTS that states otherwise. I was concerned this morning when a friend told me an man had been kept inside his house by armed guards … so I tracked the story down because I couldn’t believe that could actually happen in America. Sure enough – fear dominated and overrode Rights. It’s crazy … it’s UNLAWFULLY okay to murder babies by the millions simply because of  PERSONAL SELFISH irresponsibility – but it is not okay to move freely around your own property because your neighbors (who probably support abortion, and uphold the ‘rights’ of baby murders) fear for their lives?

Society is out of control. Everyone seems to be freaking out about coronavirus, but no one is freaking about the murder of millions of innocent lives sacrificed at the behest of narcissism. Instead, enablers of baby killers are placating fear-mongers.

I am empathetic towards others; but I can’t/won’t allow their panic, fear, and hysteria unbalance my peace, hamstring my movement, or steal my joy in the moment. Life is for living … not cowering in frustrated fear; now quaking with anxiety.

I have never lived my life in fear: not even while holding/kissing my husband’s hand while his physical body was dying. We both knew Bob was going to a better place to enjoy a better life: a threshold where the Specter of Death can no longer cross.

I did not then fear facing the rest of my life alone.

I do not now, fear facing the rest of my life alone.

I do not fear my own physical death if that is my destined fate,

I do not give fear a foothold in my life.

And I do not think the governing officials should slap mandatory isolations on people – this thing could go into an 18 month period.

There are PLENTY OF PLACES to go where face-to-face is limited ... or not even evident.

I can't stand being hemmed in by 4 walls - I gotta get out of the house A LOT. I enjoy being in the great outdoors, enjoying Nature Walks - breathing in fresh air and enjoying the sunshine when the sun appears after the hovering gray clouds part.

That is MY RIGHT as an American: as an individual.

It is your right too.

If you can, find an open, sunny, naturalistic environment to enjoy during this time; and boost your immune system as well as your spirit ;-)

Being forced to stay indoors indefinitely with unhealthy stagnant air is abusive. Our lungs NEED FRESH AIR to keep our immune systems healthy, our brain functioning properly, and our minds clear.

Be wise.

Be prayerful.

Be discerning.

Remember Historical accounts: this coronavirus WILL PASS.

Be happy enjoying your life while you have a life to enjoy.
