Today was a day of preparations.
Now that Spring is here; I expect I’ll be kept pretty busy inside, as well as outside.
I threw open the windows to let fresh air waft through the house – pushing the stale air out; and spent the morning prepping inside tasks (I’ll get those underway later this week) … I spent all the afternoon, ‘til Suppertime, making my weekly meals: and wrapping/freezing the other portion for future meals.
I also tacked
wall guards in place where cabinet door knobs hit the wall at times; and I switched
out the white silk roses on the flower ring – and replaced them with colorful silk
Violas and Alstroemerias:
It doesn’t sound like much, but it was.
I was in constant motion today.
Making ready for the busy week ahead.
My dogs
are barking unhappily for spending all day in the kitchen, standing on them as
I walked them back and forth between ‘fridge, island counter, stove, sink, and
dishwasher.
They are not happy with me.
So, I am going to drag them off to bed – and check in with Echo; to see how her day went 😉
