Today was a busy day. I was
getting ready for my Sleuth Sisters afternoon in Graysriver, when I was
notified that my replacement glasses had arrived 😊
And as I slid into the
driver’s seat, and started the Highlander – Tom Petty’s voice was blasting, “It’s
good to be king …” The radio hosts were running through a playlist of phoned-in
song requests that had the word queen or king in it (because Queen Elizabeth
II had died yesterday, and her son Charles had been crowned King, today).
I
like this song: I like starting my day with positive affirmation 😉
So, I shifted gears, and
headed out of town with lofty thoughts, a smile on my lips, coffee at hand …
and anticipation of a fun-filled day in the country.
Leaving Graysriver, I made a
pit stop … and was surprised to see a Park Ranger pickup parked – the driver
was obviously strolling over the miniscule ‘Park’. Hmm

When I got back home, the
texts came in back-to-back.
The first was from Ramona:
Becky’s following comical texts
cracked me up:
And Lynn’s text was inviting
me to an early morning breakfast:
I am blessed this Shabbat to be so blessed 😊
