CRAZY INTERNET ‘grammy’ BULLY~W.T.H.

Last night before turning everything off, and heading down the hallway to bed … I thought I’d clear out my email inbox.

I never expected to be cyberbullied.

The first bullying email kinda confused me, because it didn’t make sense – I blew it off as a misunderstanding.

The email that piggybacked on the first, had my eyebrows going up; not only was I being castigated for a misunderstanding on her part: but now my character (which this particular host knows absolutely nothing about) was being openly attacked, and she was raking me over the coals for Party Host Fees (which I have no control whatsoever, over). Of all the unmitigated nerve!

Hi- Can you tell me how your entry at my party was appropriate?

Deleted your entry. No excuse for not reading the rules but I suppose you’re a typical blog party linker, you drop your link and run, don’t read the rules and don’t even bother to say thanks for histing. Very rude! Contrary to what most party attendees think, hosting a party with InLinkz is not free. I am grandfathered in to the lowest fee but lots of party hosts pay $7.99 to $17.99 a month.

I replied as kindly as I could; given the circumstances: and went to bed shaking my head …

I also try to say thanks to the hostesses ... but was not able to comment on your Blog.

I find your whole attitude to be out of line, and I find you to be a very rude person; and there is NO excuse for rudeness. If the fees upset you, stop hosting. Problem solved.}}

The next day, there was another email from her.

It was very clear to me that I’m dealing with an unhinged person suffering from behavioral issues – ‘grammy’ had gone off her meds; and is careening out of control on The Crazy Train.

Again, I tried to reason with her: ending my reply post by telling her not to contact me again. I was done dealing with her.

I find dropping a link and running to be out of line and rude. I should have let your silly post remain on the healthy recipes party so that other bloggers could see how ignorant you were to link up a non-recipe post!! Fees must upset you because you’re using Google’s free website builder Blogspot. My blog costs me more than you could possibly imagine and my extremely low InLinkz fee is hardly nothing. However, I don’t host parties to promte people like you!!! And, there is no reason you could not leave a comment unless you’re too dumb to know how!!

All you had to do was delete the post - instead you went ballistic and ran your mouth in overtime.

As I said ... I am sorry you are furious. And, as I stated last night: you are an extremely rude and obnoxious person. Please DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN.}}

I got home from volunteer work this afternoon … and wouldn’t you know it … she had decided to intensify her ridiculousness.

At this point, I just burst out laughing: what else is there to do when dealing with a person who has clearly had a break with reality?

Delusional people are everywhere!

I don’t get angry with ridiculousness anymore: life is too short, and time can be utilized much better – crazy ‘grammy’ is not worth another second of my precious time: I’ll simply delete any further emails from her … yesterday, I deleted her Blog Hop link from my Monday – Sunday Linkie Parties, party hops.

I’ve been actively involved in Blog Hops for 14 years, and I’ve never experienced anything like this before. I enjoy the Hops; I’ve met some real nice people along the Hopping trail … the participants (hosts and link posters) are generally fun-loving people that like to share parts of their lives with others (homesteading, crafting, designing, reading materials, recipes, travel, camera shots, ect.): ‘grammy’s behavior certainly is NOT how 99% of Blog Hop Hosts behave.

I’ve posted thousands of posts to ‘grammy’s Blog Hops over the past 14 years – and have enjoyed interaction with her; but I am not enjoying the recent interactions.

Maybe ‘grammy’ is having dementia moments: she is certainly behaving like she is demented!

There was no need for all her drama: simply, and quietly, deleting the post should have been enough – like any sane person would do.

If I receive another flaming email … I'll return it to her unopened, unanswered – and continue to do so as long as she keeps pestering me with her immature bully tactics. Maybe the back-to-back returns will stop her frantic insane actions.

I am not responsible for her crazy behavior.

I am not responsible for InLinkz monthly fees.

I am not responsible for responding to her baits.

I am responsible for me.

And I’m rerouting the rails I travel – ‘grammys’ Crazy Train does not get to share my space anymore 😉

IN FOR A PENNY~IN FOR A POUND …

Today was my day at a local Food Bank. I enjoy this time, so noting that the weather was favorable today: the treeline out Coal Creek was clear of snow; as was the Longview Heights area – towards the Columbia Heights area ...

I ‘went for it’ 😉

The coffee was warm, and tasty.

I look forward to my afternoon time in Kelso.

The radio station was playing decent music 😊

And the weather was favorable … until I turned onto Nevada Drive, towards West Side Highway: suddenly, the sunshine morphed into a driving rain/sleet/snowflakes combo. But I was halfway to my destination: I was “in for a penny, and in for a pound” – the drive really wasn’t that treacherous, and I was praying that the worst of it would hold off until I got back home 😉

Going into Kelso, this afternoon - if there's no reason not to do it ... I'm doing it ;-)
Snow patches along Laurel Road.
View from S. Nevada Drive.
Snow draped Lone Oak hillside from Nevada Drive; I planned to drive that road back home, 2 hours from now – so I scoped it out ðŸ˜‰

By the time I reached my destination; snowflakes as big as dimes riding on a driving rain, were falling at a windswept angle. I prayed harder that my return trip would not be too dicey.

The two hours passed quickly with jokes, laughter, and remarks of “this is nutty! It was 75-degrees just 4 days ago!” from everyone: workers, and customers. And it is true.

Afterwards, I did drive home over Lone Oak Road – it’s quite a bit higher in elevation than Westside Highway (and Ocean Beach Highway), and I was curious as to how much snow actually fell in those hills.

It was obvious that a significant amount of snow had fallen the day before … there was snowy evidence, as well as storm damage debris (downed wiring along the roadside, cleanup where trees and tree limbs had fallen across the road, and wind-tossed branches littering both sides of the roadway); but the drive along the route was relatively dry road and easy passage. I was thankful.

Lone Oak Road.
9 minutes to home.
Top of Lone Oak Road; road ice-free, though littered with tree-breakage debris.
The only storm damage, here at home: I put it in a cup of water, on the kitchen window sill ðŸ˜‰
All that was missing weather-wise this afternoon, was a tornado touch-down.

There was no weather-related tornado touchdown … but there was a cyber-related tornado that had been dropped into my Blogger email.

I dealt with it – and God willing – that tempest will lose its steam and fade away.

It’s ridiculous and I’m tired of it continually showing up. I'm dealing with a lot right now ☹ – I don't need to be dealing with a crazy woman.

I am also missing my husband (April is the month Bob and I became a couple), and my little grandson (April is the month we found out he would be born in June): so, I redirected my thoughts, and got busy coating the soles of the final three pairs of slippers 😉

Last 3 pairs of slipper soles to be coated, and set to 'cure'.

UNUSUAL – but not so strange …

Well, the weather in my neck of the PNW region this year, has been weird to say the least. I got the notifications on my phone last night that it would be snowing Monday (today) through Friday – snow this time of year is unusual … but it’s not so strange.

Last night’s weather forecast - not looking good for road travel.
Last night, I noticed the street drains are getting backed up with the heavy rainfall.

The Spring of 1975 was a weird one, too. When I woke up May 10th with intense Braxton Hicks twinges, Bob drove my pregnant self from our home in Cathlamet, to the Monticello Hospital in Longview – and to our startled eyes: there was a thick, wide, patch of ice across the highway at County Line. Bob carefully drove over it, before picking up speed again.

So, I didn’t think last night’s notification was too strange. WA weather is ass-backwards anyway when it comes to snow. Snow rarely happens here when it’s supposed to (like around Christmas, would be nice – and n.o.r.m.a.l.). Snow in WA State ALWAYS happens in January, or February. I admit snow in April, or May is strange; but not all {that} strange: just annoying. But, I am sure the national weather forecasters are jumping from forecast chart to forecast chart, and peeing themselves over ‘climate change!’ hysterics being channeled to them by political {scientific} nonsense.

Today, I was up; bright-eyed, and bushy-tailed around 7 AM – and seeing snowflakes.

Woke up to snow - not a lot of snow, but snow nonetheless; Butterfly Bush planter.
The neighbor's car had been nipped by Jack Frost's April's surprise.
Rayne's manicured lawn had also been visited by that impish sprite ...
Typical WA weather; ass-backwards weatherwise.
Drains overflowing with fallen tree blossoms, non-stop rainfall, and a surprise snowfall.
All Spring weather plans have been upended by Jack Frost, and tossed aside for the time being.
The demonrat obamanite propaganda never stops ... this was tagged to my FB Post as soon as I posted it.
I Messaged Adna Floral on FB, to see if the annual Floral Sale was still on; most of their plants are veggie transplants and tender annuals.
The ground is so saturated, I may lose several plants in this flowerbed.
Significant snowfall out Coal Creek.
Snowy situation out Coal Creek, Longview Heights, Goose Hollow, and over Delameter.
I hope my Apple Trees survive this cold snap; they had just started blooming. I doubt there will be apples this year.

Around 8 AM the heat pump thermostat was blinking an unwelcome message to me, as I walked past it: and it was an hour behind in time. If the batteries totally die … will the Heat Pump stop working?

Replace Batteries notification for the Heat Pump.

I am pretty ignorant when it comes to stuff like this, so I called the 1-800-number needed to schedule someone to come out here and change the thing – of course, everyone “is working from home”: an hour later, still no return call. So, I called back and was told, “I left her an email. I don’t know where she is; I’ll send her another urgent request, but I don’t know if any technicians will be available to be sent out by dispatch.” WTH What kind of mickey mouse operation is this????

It’s snowing: I need this thing up and running; so, as much as I loathe candy scott, I called the Park Office and asked if there was anyone in the Park available that could switch the batteries out for me; she said there was, and she’d contact them. I am thankful, and grateful – that does not mean I’ll ever consider her a friend … but I do appreciate her doing her job (when she feels like it).

I am settling into my New Life, and building community; and communities always have unpleasant people in them – candy scott is my unpleasant community member.

But I can’t let her sour attitude color my world.

It is true that her actions killed my husband.

It is also true that Bob had apparently been seriously ill for a long time – perhaps Bob knew that, perhaps he didn’t: but I certainly did not know.

And candy scott’s attitude and actions caused that illness to flare up and shatter our life together.

I know Bob is in a much better place.

I also miss Bob’s presence in my life. Acutely.

I can’t allow candy scott to have power over me, or my emotions; I’d rather not have any dealings with her at all – but she is Park Manager. I need to deal with her on occasion.

I live in this Park – I need to feel comfortable living in this Park. I do have a couple friends that live here, too … but I need to know more than one or two people here; maybe that will happen since I’ll be spending more time at home this year.

While visiting Blog Hops, I was again pleasantly surprised to see that another one of my Posts had been highlighted by another Blog Hop Host 😊

My Big Fat Menopausal Blog, Blog Hop.
One of my own designs featured on another Blog Hop :-)
MOD YELLOW ROSE COFFEE CUFF:

Checking on the slipper soles I coated last night, I noticed they were still slightly damp – so, I’ll l eave them to {cure} another night before coating the soles of the remaining three pairs of slippers.

I'll do the remaining slipper coatings tomorrow; these are still damp.

It’s noon now, and today’s pace has found a comfortable stride … but the weather is still in utter confusion 😉

The digital Forecaster is fairly accurate - the weather is a complicated mess. LOL

DANDELION POWER

Dandelions are good for you - my mother would send us outside to collect dandelion leaves for Spring Salads 😊

The entire dandelion plant is good for the entire human body; so, harvest those pesty things instead of killing them off 😉

SOLES WITH SOUL

After fellowship this morning, I stopped at JoAnne’s on the way home to grab some puff paint to coat the soles of my handknit slippers with: I like color in my life, and I wanted my slippers soles to have colorful soul/soul = active, essential part of something 😊

While in JoAnne’s, I noticed that the Tulips brand is no longer being sold … now, only Pop is available; so, I bought two packs of the colors needed – these packs are cheaper, but they are also very limited in color choices ☹

Anyway …

I only have three sets of cardboard sole cutouts in my size (I used to make slippers for sale, of various patterns & sizes, before the government shut the Bazaar venues down); so, I slipped the cardboard sole cutouts into the slippers to stretch the yarn to form the outline of my feet – then I coated three pairs of slipper soles this afternoon: tomorrow, I do the other three 😉

Getting ready to coat slipper soles with non-slip application.
Soles liberally coated; and set to harden overnight.
