It’s a comfortable 70-degrees
indoors, and 35-degrees outdoors; the icy snow is melting, and the roads are
slushy.
While I’m holed up, keeping warm
and cozy during this cold snap; I’ve been enjoying a new read π
And spacing exercises through the hours of the day – to tone up those ‘slushy’ parts of my anatomy while streamlining my voluptuously rounded shape before my Spring adventures begin: muscle warm-ups today … more intense workouts later on π These exercises may not seem like much – but, you will feel the burn if you have not been using these muscles on a daily basis.
