I was up at 4:30 AM this morning, so I got to see the moon just before it slipped over the sunlit horizon.
Beginning at 6:18 AM, the skyscape changed every 30 minutes.
At 7:47 AM, the moon was hidden behind the evergreen limbs on it's slide over the Columbia River’s horizon … and the sun was rising up brightly over Longview.
I've never seen this before; Bob was always the early riser – he would have seen this often.
Perhaps he saw it with me this morning ;-)
And if I keep on keeping Bob's sleep schedule, I'll no doubt see this many times in the coming mornings :-D
This song was on the flip side of my 45 speed
record, “The Lord’s Prayer” from 1973.
Yes, she was a real nun.
