I spent time with friends in
the country again, this afternoon; I pulled on my new green jeggings … and
noticed right away that I would need to hem them up two notches before I wore
them again – I didn’t have time to do it this morning, because I
wanted to wear them: and I wanted to wear my new green mascara, too 😉
If anyone noticed the bunchy
hemline, they didn’t say anything out loud (they are good friends! 😊).
Adding to their “good friends” status … two of
the fellas are going to stop by my house Thursday afternoon to make sure I have
enough left-over porch paint from when I had the house painted in the Spring of
2019: then, they will schedule a time to paint the porch steps for me!
Elohim continues
to bless me; and I am thankful.
Heading
back home, four hours later, I spotted a colorful ship anchored off Willow
Grove river waters; so, when I got to the outskirts of Longview, I turned
towards Willow Grove to get a close up view of it – and to see if I could make
out the Name it sailed under. I’m a curious person 😉
I should have been home
clearing the geranium pots off the porch steps – but, I can do that tomorrow
morning. It was very hot this afternoon, and the cooler river
breeze was welcome. I ended up spending about an hour at Willow Grove (the river was really hopping today - I've never seen it this busy!) before
actually parking at home.
